I ordered some tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. They said they didn't have the bread so I chose another kind. Get to the window and pay. After I paid they then told me they were out of the soup I ordered too. So the only thing I left with from the original offer was a large pepsi. For $15 and didn't get what I wanted. Had I been told while ordering they were out of most of what I had ordered I would have went else where.
I love Panera, but have not had great service at the panera in Albany. I drive through about once a week and order a large iced coffee, but in the 4 times I have driven through they have gotten my coffee order incorrect 4 times. Love the bagels but not worth the inconvenience when there are other breakfast options in Albany who can get it right.
I love their Asiago bagels! I buy them by the half dozen and have them for breakfast.
This chicken noodle soup was warm, not hot. I didn't get my full portion. My co-worker was with me and ordered the same thing and they gave my co-worker more soup than me. My coworker also had a strand of hair in his soup. SMH. The soon was dirty. This place is overrated!
Ordered vegi soup and half sandwich, soup came out cold. Was told by the cook to go to the microwave and heat it. Hum..if I wanted to do this , I could have done that at home with Campbell's soup. The spoon was filthy. The place was not busy and still could not get my order right. Only in Albany...one star. Go to Subway..much better food,service and much less expensive.
