Scam scam. Xxx xxx expensive... double price
Jay provided wonderful customer service! He offered to price match but the prices at Precision were much cheaper than my dealership anyway. His concern about making sure I was taken care of was awesome- and he treated everyone else with the same level of respect and kindness. Thanks Jay!
I've been using this Precision Tune Auto Care for about 10 yrs, and never have I been tempted to take my vehicles elsewhere for major and minor repairs. I recently got a tune up and it was very affordable. They have always shown quality customer services, and the work is always done right; did I mention that any work I have had to get done has been completed the same day. Precision is thriving under the management of Jay, getting better each year and the staff all follow. gave a one because I can't give any less...they don't do what they say they do and leave you with a false comfort! They don't check your tires and half do their job. I called them after having to pay over 800 dollars to fix a car for things that they should have caught and they don't care. Put me on hold three times! The third time, I hung up. If my issue isn't important than neither is your business to me and my family. I've been using them for over 16 years and I'll NEVER go there again!
My stepdaughter is attending school in Albany. She called and told us her car wouldn't start. We live 60 miles away so it would be hard to take off of work to go check on the car. I checked the google ratings for Precision Tune and was impressed. We had her car towed to the shop on a Saturday. They were kind enough to store the car until it could be repaired on Monday. Once the problem was determined, they were kind enough to go to the auto parts store to retrieve a new battery that was under warranty and replace the alternator. Jay, Anita, and Jeremy made this process very easy. They all went above and beyond what I would have thought. I will definitely recommend this repair facility to anyone and will be a repeat customer. You guys made my life so much easier.
