I made an error when I came through and wanted a full service carwash but didn't see it on the screen. After my carwash I talked with two different employees who both told me that I would have to go back through and pay for another carwash to accomplish this. The gate was closed to the vacuums so I couldn't even go in and vacuum my car myself. I left more than unhappy and doubt that I will return.
I like using this car wash! The vehicles get a better wash job since they upgraded the equipment. The vacuums are free too!
Terrible service, rude, will not go back. They sprayed a little water on my car and charged $18. Love Goo Goo in Tifton.
I came in today and was told you couldn't run my credit card, than asked to drive out gate. You guys are a joke. No compensation, no sorry, nothing, just told we will be open later. I went to DJ's car wash. They ran my credit card and done a great job. THANKS for wasting my time GooGoo. Won't be back.
Truck was washed good. And free air freshener and self service vaccum. $7 basic wash was well worth it.
