Thorough exam, knowledgeable, polite/respectful, and helpful staff have always been wonderful. Bed side manner by the doctors and nurses have always been great. The wait has always been ridiculously long. My last appointment was at 2 and I wasn't seen until 3:55 and didn't leave til after 4:15.
