They have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. I dropped by to inquire about a replacement battery and I ended up leaving with a damaged product. Batteries are their job, so I figured that they could unscrew a battery cover. I was wrong. Go to Wal-Mart or Ace Hardware. Avoid these guys.
Went to these guys because as an avid vaper (user of electronic cigarettes & personal vaporizers) I was in need of an 18650 battery. The sales person was extremely helpful, got me what I needed & back on my way super fast. I've been successfully using my new battery for a few weeks now & couldn't be happier. & they were vastly cheaper than most online retailers. Check them out first!!
