Extremely unprofessional. After questioning a fee for emailing a document to be printed, it was made apparent after I stated it was fine that they wanted to close and not do it. It was five mins before close I did stress this was an emergency. I have not been to this store in almost a year but did conduct business for 2 years on a regular basis. I have never ever been charged an email fee nor am I at other UPS stores. If that's their charges that is their perogative but I said I would pay it and the one girl keeps on and on. Then the other states I'm sorry you are having a bad day. Why because I inquire about charges that I find unecessaryou. You are already charging me for labels, the print per page! I took my business to Office Max I will not conduct business again. I am so sorry I asked them to turn on their equipment and cause an inconvenience
