I had just left the Mall. I returned a pair of shoes at the Mall. The associate at the Shoe Dept was so rude! My experience at Joann Fabrics was a breath of fresh air!! The whole transaction went so smoothly. The associate was so nice!
Most of the staff is wonderful and helpful. They are well stocked and clean.

Excellent customer service! All of the staff and management was friendly and efficient, and the communication between evening and day shift was superior. (I called in the evening about a hard to find item; when I arrived the next morning they knew who I was and what I wanted.) Great people!
