These people aren't kidding, they will give you credit. It sure beats a rent to own deal, these payments are affordable, you are not paying double and you own it faster. Very good! A customer for life!
After calling Brooks Furniture about an issue I had with their product, they sent out an associate who helped us get it corrected.
My parents bought a livingroom suite pd alot for it. So when they tell you a life time Warranty on rips and tears and machanical eqiupment get it in writting they took advantage of my parents they are older, so BEWARE!!!! Look after your parents if they go there. Better than that DONT go there!!

I've been waiting over 6 months for a refund on a piece of furniture I bought there. The table never left their inventory, I cancelled THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT IT, when their return policy clearly says you have 14 days. I've been given the run around ever since. If you buy furniture here, be absolutely sure its what you want their customer service is great until you want to return something then they blow you off.
