It seems like no matter how hard you try you can't make everybody happy especially when there is money involved. We do make our share of mistakes at Leesburg Air but we never purposely mislead anyone.
Dispatcher is not customer service oriented. Spent over two weeks, trying to get resolution on an issue, that is still not fixed, even after three visits. Most of this two weeks has been trying to get them to come back to the house and resolve the issue. Have left numerous voicemails, non of which were returned. They give time frames which are not met. Stay away from this company.
Horrible customer service, my mom called to have a tech come out and service our home. Upon the guy leaving my mom asked if he could write down on the receipt what he did, and he got an attitude and started rolling his neck. Just bad service. We don't want this guy back!
