As always there was 1 cashier opened and 2 people putting stuff on shelves at the front counter. There were about 10 people in line before anyone else opened their register and that was after the cashier asked the others to. Love their stuff but hate how they operate and the staff is never friendly.

I purchased a picture frame last week from Hobby Lobby. I had a local artist paint a picture for me that needed to be installed in the frame and secured. I took it in on my lunch break and proceeded to the custom frames dept. I was met by Tia. She greeted me with a smile and asked could she help me. She was eager to help and was knowledgeable about my situation. She earned my business and I hope to spread the news with friends and family about the great work she did. Give Tia a raise !!!!!!
