Very bad my son got hurt in a wreck they keep giving me the run around I called a few days after wreck they were suppose to send me papers to fill out never did called 4 times now a month later still haven't recieved anything they keep saying the are resending them muzthave got lost in mail so have no choice but to get an attorney they are very unorganized
Avoid at all costs. They raise my premiums a thousand dollars a year but will not cover hail damage to my home. Go with Allstate. They take care of their customers.
Still being given the run-around. I was in an accident with someone who was insured by this company, and they are 100% responsible. All the paperwork, investigation, everything is completely finished with. THEY HAVE MY TRUCK, and i still have no check to replace the one that was totaled. Every time I call its, "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow". If tomorrow doesn't come very very soon, legal action will be the only option.
