Convenient location for most but if you have other errands to run, I suggest you complete those first or make sure you're there when the doors first open. Appointments here is a all day event, pack snacks and if possible a babysitter.

So called supervisor very rude and nasty to my senior mother who was inquiring on a mistake that was due to their negligence. Threatening her about paying a large sum of money back. No empathy no respect. Shame on you.
Originally, I visited this office on a Friday. Terrible wait & on Fridays many of the reps are not present & other employees are performing duties not normally in their job description. They told me to visit at the beginning of the week. Today, Monday, I visited for a change and replacement card and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I am pleased with my experience. Very 1st time I can say that about visiting the social security admin. office
