Today I tried their new Philly pizza. Not bad. I also had a double pepperoni with Philly meat as a special. Also good. I would have probably liked thin crust more, but went thick for my wife.
They do their best with what they have. Service was good. But, in general, I'm not a fan of Papa John's.
I have been here 3-4 times already. Never really had much of an issue. The pizza was hot and it is typical Papa John's, so if you like others you will probably like this chain.

My order was wrong ! So I call to let them know and the manager on duty was very rude to me and cussed at me and told me I had to wait maybe 2 hours for another pizza . Never going to order from them again !!!! Smh what happened to customer service??? By the way I have no complaints about the delivery driver he was on time and very professional !!!!
Good pizza and good prices! The Hawaiian bbq chicken was a big hit at dinner! Garlic butter and peppers are a nice bonus.
