Very nice staff at this location. It's a fast food restaurant, but the young lady at the register was so attentive and nice. The location on Slappey is horrible with customer service on the night shift from management on down.
Long wait, over 21 minutes from when we ordered until we got our food (went inside). Then there was a hair in the bag. Apathetic staff, and disorganized.
I tried the beefy potato Rita, the potatoes were hard and the Cinnamon twists were old and hard as a rock, literally. I usually go to the North Side location. I will go back but thought I would go to the new location on Dawson. Employees were very nice though.
I was amazed at the service quality. Probably the nicest I have been treated at a fast food place anywhere in Albany. I compare them to Chikfila on how kind and respectful they are. Definitely will be back! This new Taco Bell is way better than the one on Slappey. Definitely would recommend!!!
New restaurant on Dawson Road is fast. It was a good decision to stop by. Had the Doritos Cool Ranch taco meal. Filling and tasty.
