I stayed in this apartment complex for about 9 months and I have had no complaints in that duration. The apartments are clean and spacious, (they have three kinds: Studios, 4 bedrooms and I am not sure about the third type since it was just completed. The apartments are clean and spacious enough. The rent is reasonable and the utilities are included in it (electricity, trash and water) They have a security man that patrols the premises each night (although the complex is on a quiet residential area so there have never been much security concerns) For a student attending Darton (I was) the school is about 10 minutes walking distance. The maintenance were always on time with repairs (although the buildings were really well taken care of.)
Management refuses to refund our deposit. There was NO damage to the apartment. It was left in better condition than when we moved in. Will have to file in small claims court to get tje money back. Management would not talk to me at all.
I would love to give the apartment complex a five star. The only reason I gave it a four star is because of the students staying there (not all of them I must add, just a handful) are rowdy (not destructive) loud and insensitive to other residents. (Most are underage and there is always complaints of drinking). I know this is not management's fault (They do try to curb this but there is only so much they can do) But still that is my biggest complaint. This complex is only suitable for students, I can't imagine a family living here, so I will not recommend it for non-students. Overall it is one of the better apartment complexes and you can always take a tour and form your own opinion.
