Now the master bathroom light will not turn on or will turn on for a few seconds and go back off.
The back gate is falling down and before we signed the lease I made Gary Eller state on the lease that he would repair the back gate. Still has not been done.
I have never had problems like this with a landlord before.
For instance, when we moved in and noticed the hall bathroom tub drained very slowly I brought it up to him. He told me to try Draino...ok. I did but it progressively got worse. Had to mention it several times again and threaten getting my own plumber before he finally sent one.
We are concerned that it might be a serious electrical problem but Gary Eller will not respond to our messages about it. This could potentially lead to an electrical fire but it doesn’t seem like he cares. Previous tenants have told us the same thing about this man. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!!
We’ve been renting from Lifestyle Realty since January of this year. Before we moved in, the house was infested with German roaches which we were forced to pay Adams Exterminators to get rid of because the landlord Gary Eller refused. We’ve since then had to beg for any little thing.
