Was in the market to purchase our first above ground pool. Stopped by Leslie's to find out more information on pools, supplies, accessories, price, etc. and was sorely disappointed. We wasted an entire trip into the store. Shai-Kai, the only employee working was less than helpful and seemed to be in a hurry for us to leave. She had no information on helping us make a purchase. Needless to say, we won't be buying a pool from them.

been going to this store for 3 yrs now the supervisor is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as polite great pool store to deal with i travel 45 miles just to go to this store
Shandrika is extremely knowledgeable and very customer oriented. She definitely knows her pool chemistry and is always courteous and quick to solve our problems. I have used other Pool Supply companies, but have always gone back to Leslies because they have my chemicals in stock and are very quick to respond to any problems or repairs that need seen about. She goes above and beyond.
On another note. I've never reviewed anything in my whole life, but after her going out of her way to be rude I just felt compelled. Its no secret that Leslie's is overpriced, so clearly I go there for the service (which I'm willing to pay for) when you lose that I might as well go to Walmart or Sams and give them my business.
I've been doing business with the location for 2 years. Usually the manager Shandrika (hope I spelled her name correctly) takes care of me. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. During my most recent trip I was waited on by Shai-Kai. Came in the store and waited 2 minutes for her to walk out of the back, grabs my water off the counter and started her mumbling. Your pool got algae? Pump running when took sample? How long has it been out of the pool? Stood there for 5 minutes in silence while she checked my water (doesn't say a single word). Then takes the print out and went through it so fast I could not even understand what she was saying. By looking at the print out I knew what was needed and asked for it, she went and retrieved it and then makes me walk around to the other side of the counter to ring my purchase up. Not a thank you, have a nice day, or anything. After working in retail for 16 years and owning a retail store for another 6...I would let her go after seeing that type of interaction with one of my customers.
