I am Very pleased with Bush Animal, They have Great staff that is very kind and courteous, I have taken my dogs there for over 12 years, I highly recommend them.
Just sitting in waiting room you can hear the front desk team ask in depth questions about every animal checking in. From grooming to boarding. They are organized (even when it is a hectic morning), calm and focused on the needs of each dog as they arrive.
Terrible experience! I brought my dog in for grooming. When I saw her again, her face is red and scarred. Don't know if the groomer was in a hurry or what but I have never seen my dog's face in such bad shape. They just gave her to me like nothing was wrong, but I would not let them just sweep this under the rug. This is not normal for her. I would give this place zero stars if I could! Come here at your own risk.
Both my dogs. Rex and Cleo go here for check ups, shots, nail trimmings and also got their microchip through them. The staff is always super friendly even when animals are difficult lol ( my Cleo) the services are Awesome! The visits never take long at all and I can be in and out in under an hour! Love this place I highly recommend!
I have nothing but praise for their staff and Dr. Whatley who take care of our growing canine family.
If you are the kind of dog parent who worries about your dogs this is a place where you do not have to. They have a system and back it by their true care for animals.
I'm not from here I was born in New York and moved here several months ago. Bush animal clinic was the first place that I took my cat to be examined. I highly recommend the staff there they are absolutely wonderful, kind considerate and most of all the staff are very gentle with the animals there. I will go nowhere else, my cat will continue to be an established patient at Bush animal clinic
From vaccines to grooming and we've even needed a surgery everything has been amazing. They truly care, and always greet my pups by name when we arrive.
