This was the best and most thorough dermatological exam I've ever had. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Doctor was very thorough and very straightforward. With my history of skin cancers including melanoma, I was very satisfied with the experience.
I've been going to Dr. Goldsmith for years. I love him!!! He's a great dermatologist and his staff is okay with me!
Waited an hour and a half to be seen for a wellness visit and then was told after the fact that they do not code anything as wellness or preventative only as a new patient office visit. Not professional and not at all impressed with the doctor. I have had much more comprehensive exams in the past. It is a shame that Albany doesn't have any better options for dermatology care.
I called to ask about a procedure and the staff was SO Rude unprofessional. Because of this I won't be seeing this doctor. The staff will ruin this doctors reputation and practice. Good luck
Horrible Experience with Staff Very Unprofessional. I Cancelled Appt due to Staff being Rude. I Refuse to pay for bad customer or Patient Services. Didn't See a Doctor but staff was a Complete turn off!!!
