Just your average visit to Lowe's. Nothing to brag about I guess. Well, I take that back. There was one employee that seen us and didn't break his neck trying to avoid us. He actually didn't act afraid of us because he asked us if we were finding everything we were looking for ok. I guess that should be something to brag about, write home about or however you want to put it because that, in my experience with shopping at SLowe's rarely, if ever has happened to me. That's why I chose many, many years ago to do the majority of my shopping for home improvement materials, small project items, plumbing, electrical and a host of other areas at The Home Depot! Are they perfect? Heck no, by no means and a far cry from it. But, I have never been to our Home Depot store and had an employee ditch and dodge me and every time I go there every single employee that walks by me regardless of which department they work in, asks me if I need any help at all with anything. Yes, every employee, every single time, always! They even have someone who stands at the entrance assisting customers with shopping carts and asking if they are in need of assistance from the very start. All of this is the main reason I, choose The Home Depot!
I just rented a carpet cleaner from Lowes, and stupidly lost my receipt with my invoice number.
Luckily, LOWES HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
How to jamming and Building Supply wasn't very pleasant and then make me feel real comfortable walked away from me before I finish getting everything I needed and I had to ask two or three other associates to assist me however the young men that loaded my materials out were very helpful and pleasant
Dianne Hardin was the womans name. She totally took care of everything in a timely manner and was very polite doing it!
It's what you expect. Several lines open tonight with no wait. Excellent service.
Only giving 2 stars because Lowe's has a good selection of inventory. But as far as customer service... The only thing worse than poor customer service is NO customer service. And that's what you'll find here. Employees that walk past you without acknowledging you. The lease they could do is offer to find someone else to help you. But that's never the case. You have to walk the store just to find someone, and then YOU have to initiate that you need help. It's just a mess. And cashiers that are talking to other people instead of focusing on ringing YOU out. Only posting this because this is a consistent problem. If Lowe's could get it's staff to perform better, it would be an exceptional store.
