PROS: I looked up my item online and noticed they were identifying which aisle and Bin it was in. They even sent that information to me in a text. Very nice.
Since there was a long line at the one register that was open I tried the self-checkout. That went very smoothly; looks like that's the way it's going to be in the future.
Staff was very helpful with helping me locate what I needed and prices are reasonable
My visit was okay however it's always very unpleasant when they only have one person manning the customer service desk. However, the clerk working today named Dustin was very personable and apologetic for my wait time.
CONS: I was there on a Monday morning about 11 am - Only one cash register was operating and there was a long line.
Shopping easy, most "The Home Depot" store's are easy to get what you shopping for. I love to Go to the The Home Depot.
