They are a great place. New owners and very friendly. They have a new groomer who is great.
They are ok. Like the first review I must agree that my pup came back wounded on his tummy and on the sides of his nose. He is a tiny high energy pooch so I commend anyone that can deal with that with out giving up. I've always expected him to have a gash or two. What left me uneasy is that there was no explanation given about the wounds (AT ALL). They seemed to ignore my requests not to cut him too low. They are great if you have a Poodle or Maltipoo because they seem to love cutting my Maltipoo that way no matter what I ask. Be very specific if you want to get exactly what you want out of them!!! Please be very, very clear about what you do not want! They could be friendlier. All in all I've only had one incident where my dog was really cut up as mentioned and no one makes him smell that good for so long! (^_^)...Not bad.
I took my dog in healthy and brought him out wounded. Dogs wound themselves. but the owner did not seem to care. I will not be going back.
