This place fixed her up, gave her a great haircut, and even dress her in the cutest bow and bandana. I was extremely impressed and satisfied. Had to do a double take and make sure they gave me the right dog. All in all, I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional dog grooming!
Came from out of town to visit family, short notice, and they still fit me in. On top of that, I had attempted to cut my dog's hair myself and butchered it.
Had an appointment for 7:30 no one there, doors locked, still at 8:45 no one there and will not answer phone can't leave a message
I have been taking my two dogs there, however this is the second time my dog gets hurt there. When my son picked up my dogs. One of them was bleeding on his leg. I was told because he had a mole. Really? Could they be more careful. This is not the only time one of my dogs comes out with a cut. I called the business and spoke with the owner and she expressed not concerned. She did not apologize for the treatment my dog received. I will not come back to her business again .
Truly Unprofessional! On Tuesday, October 11, 2011, I arrived at the parking lot of Prissy Pups and immediately noticed a woman smoking a cigarette outside near the front door. Since this was my first time using Prissy Pups, I was happy to see the hours on the glass door showed 7:30 am - Until as the hours of operation. As I got out of the truck and leashed my dog to approach the building, the employee smoking outside said, "Sorry we are closed.". Confused because it was 1:30pm, I kindly inquired about the advertised hours (internet and at physical location). The smoker nonchalantly replied, "We just close whenever". If the business were truly closed, I think customers would feel a lot better if the employees were not lingering outside the front door smoking at the property.
Unsure of her true reason for not accepting my business (we are in South Georgia), I decided to contact my dog's veterinarian and they happily performed the grooming services as a walk-in after hearing about this incident. Furthermore, I'm not sure if a smoke infested groomer would be the best/healthiest experience for any pet to be subjected to. My advice to other Lee/Dougherty residents is to use another provider if at all possible, I surely won't be returning to this place.
There are wonderful pet groomers. i took my two poms here once and i love the results. i even think they loved it. they came home and didnt want to take there little bandanna off. i past serval groomers just to get here. i give them a five star.
