I went into the store and found shoes, but they did not have my size, so they ordered them for me. The guy that placed my order was told about 3 or 4 times what size shoe I needed and he told me shipping would be free. He placed my order and I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for shipping (weeks later, I finally got a refund back for the shipping). When I get my shoes and try them on, they do not fit. I look at the paper that came with them and it has where the guy ordered the wrong size. So, I take the shoes back to the store to get them to reorder the right size, no problems there, until 2 weeks past and still no call from the store telling me my shoes came in. I call the store and the guy that answered said his co-manager signed for the shoes and he would have to tell him where they were placed. He calls back and says my shoes were sold to another customer and he would have to reorder them for me. I've never had a problem with them before, until now. My advice, never order from them if they do not have your size. You're better off ordering it online yourself.
