They NEVER answer the phone. Several times I have called, and they will answer and hang up. While packing my things in my storage unit, the wife of the owner tried to talk me into buying her Avon products. While in the office, you can hear their kids screaming and running around. Very unprofessional. I once called to see how much I owed, and they gave me someone else's information instead. I can't stand this place. I will be getting my things out and moving them further away from my home just to avoid this establishment.
