Extremely slow which is disrespectful to drivers. They shut the entire place down for an hour at lunchtime because they are incapable of having management learn how to stagger the lunch period. I've been sitting here going on 4 hours without anything being loaded onto my trailer. This is piss poor customer service and whether they (or I) like it I will be spending the night. Tired of the ineptitude from shippers and receivers when it comes to truckers and our time (aka paycheck).
