Mrs. Kim and her staff are nothing but wonderful! I've gotten multiple prom/pageant/homecoming dresses from there and I've been more than pleased every single time. If there wasn't a dress in the store for me, the girls would go out of their way to make sure I had my perfect dress! Very pleased with my experience!
I wasn't pleased with the service I received Saturday. We were there for about an hour. We found a dress. We were told about 3 times what the deposit would be, which was not a problem. Another yound lady came up and said we would have to pay 60% instead. Then we were told they were closed and someone would call us Monday to finish up everything, but there were several other people there. That was my first and last experience with them. Not to mention the drive.

Fiance went to look at dresses to get an idea of styles she wanted. Showed up and not a single customer was there. Yet they turned her away because she didn't have an appointment. Will NOT be going back.
