This place is horrible! The people who works there treat you like trash as if they work at a five star boutique and not a thrift store like they in reality do. The two managers that i have spoken with are rude and thinks someone trying to con them. They protect their employees as if their not humans. (humans are not perfect.) it's too many great people they can hire than the girls they picked out. If you want to be treated like trash while shopping, be my guest.
I love shopping here, the staff is always nice and very helpful. Everytime i take my clothes in there, they always give me a reasonable price, great store!
Nothing is wrong with the clothes or shoes i brought in and told me that the clothes are outdated when they were bought a week ago at the mall, and when we said tht we recently bought it and the mall still sells they found another excuse not to purchase our items. There can be one small string hanging from the shirt and they will complain. I do not recommend trying to sell your clothes to Plato's Closet. Theyre bitchy and just find things to complain about.
