I was disappointed by the employees today who for some reason felt it was okay to discuss my mother among each other like a joke in the fitting room area and in the cashier area. Very rude and very unprofessional.
If I could I wouldn't give it any stars! I went there on Friday on the eighth of this month and an employee called out a customer cursing her and calling her all these horrible names in front of all of us now I don't know what the personal thing that was going on in the outside but it should not have been brought into the store.I am very disgusted and saddened to see our black women act like that in front of all these people for what reason I do not know is just saddens me but I will no longer go to the Ross in Albany Georgia ever again because of this incident!
