Just moved to Albany, been battling a cough, chills and congestion for a week, decided to go here to see a doctor. Signed in at 12:20. Called back at 1:35 and waited in a room until 2:50pm. Finally asked for my mom back and was told by the PA that other people who came in after me were more urgent. Would never recommend this place to anyone in Albany! How can you tell me how urgent I am if you have not even seen me? Pissed off individual who will write the corporate office as well
B. I came in the a couple months ago when this that I'm going through all started and the Dr. (Male can't remember his name) was amazing and helped me get by with my pain until I could see my Dr.
Usually in and out fairly quickly depending on how busy they are. Their costs for services are slightly higher than the other facilities of this type in the area. However, their physicians , PA's, and nursing staff are top notch. They have diagnosed everything from a urinary tract infection to appendicitis in my family.
Zero if I could. I wasn't going to say anything but the more I think about it the more angry I get. I pay my $40. I waiting for 2 hours to see the dr. The nurse(real sweet) come in gets all my vitals, and says the Dr will be in soon, I wait and wait and wait, only to get the nurse coming back in telling my that she (the Dr.). Says I need to see my dr. (Which I can't see till next week) and that she can't do anything for me.
D. I will NEVER set foot.back into there again (not that that matters) but y'all are suppose to be there to help and you failed miserably. My experience (big fail) of not being helped, not even a attempt to be helped was just sad. That just bad doctoring Dr. BETH!!! Big shout out to Dr. Beth Thank you for nothing and assuming a patient instead of actually seeing me!
We have had nothing but great service from the Fast Track and it's employees. We have seen Kristie several times recently, and she is top-notch. Lance and all other nurses assisting have been excellent! They were very thorough with assessments and took great care of us! I went in on a Saturday with a gallbladder attack. Kristie ordered the follow-up tests needed at the hospital to confirm my diagnosis and then referred me to the best surgeon. I can't say enough good about the staff here. Thank you!
C. I feel like I was profiled into just wanting "pain" medication, which leave a bad taste in my mouth. Yes I was there for pain and needed something for pain, but the Dr BETH never talked to me, and doesn't understand the history of my cronic pain.
Very fast and very pleasant!!! Will be using again!!
