Definitely there are good in there job but yes they take too long on the orders.
"Custom" knee brace, well it has been exactly 6 weeks (as I type) since a knee brace "was ordered" for me. No I would not call it custom as no casting mold was made, only some measurements utilizing a cloth measuring tape like the ones a seamstress would use. Knee has given out a few times, fell twice (so far) due to knee giving way. Pain is constant, only dulled by the hydro's. I did not want to give any stars as they don't offer negative stars, had to give one just to post. Seriously considering looking into Thomasville, GA or Dothan, AL.
