My daughter went there today to be seen they called her back been back there for 30min and they finally tell her there is no doctors no one showed up I think that is crazy they need to shut them down
Awful they double book appointments, the doctors rushes you, and they keep adding new patients and the people already going cant get an appointment in...
Worst place ever not only did they lie to me I am almost 22 weeks they have yet to do an ultrasound dealing with my pregnancy they promise me I was go for ultrasound today then when I go back I found out they weren't give me a ultrasound well the doctor pose to call me back today she never did. Even though the manger told me that he would make sure she called me today to schedule me an ultrasound. So yeah they are lairs and I wouldn't use them cause they are pose to be an obgyn but yet they don't even check to make sure the baby is alright like they pose to.
This has to be the most incompetent office staff on the planet. I called to reschedule an appointment, i spoke with Wanda, she didn't get my name or anything to put down that I had rescheduled. When you call the office number, they have you on hold for a few minutes, then hang up. I had to call 4 times in order to speak with someone. Then they wanted to have me hold "until I can get the patient pamphlet to give you the information you need". Needless to say, I was on hold for another 10 minutes. I will NOT be going back here nor will I refer anyone I know to go there.
