Nice place but turned out to be too far south for our allotted days travel. We didn't stay but staff was very kind and understanding. Very clean.
My family and I stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday 2017. Our room had bed bugs. The owner acted like it wasn't a big deal. My family and I was devastated. The owner changed our room but yet still expected us to pay full price for every stay. Customer relations was notified. They didn't seem to give a rats ass hardly!!!! We'll never stay at this nasty hotel again!!!
Older hotel under renovation. Surprisingly clean rooms and friendly staff. Tremendous value. Would probably give it a 5 for this area when renovations are complete.
Staff was nice, but the room decor was old and warm out. Remodel was definitely needed. Breakfast was minimal as well. The only hot option was a waffle.
I got up to go get breakfast at 0930. When I got back at 1000, the maid had packed my bags saying she thought I was gone and sometimes guest leaves items into room. I said it is not check out time. I call the manager up and he stated that some guest leaves earlier. I said my bags and personal items are still here. I got very angry because of the fact that she had gone into my luggage. I said if you were cleaning room, why isn't it clean. I believe she and the male housekeeper was in the process of stealing until they saw me coming back. The male housekeeper was the lookout. He saw me coming but never said I thought you were gone. She denied but shot up her middle finger while manager wasn't looking.
