I have been here about 2-3 times in the past couple of years.
They have sucked every, single time.
Both banana splitso were lacking on strawberry and hot fudge. Otherwise it was good. It has been better on 3 prior occasions.
Let me count the ways.
How many times were they rude on each visit? Several.
Everytime... Yes Everytime the drive thru is completely horrible. They get things mixed up, you have to repeat your order over and over and in the in end it's still wrong. This time it took us 5 minutes to order 3 blizzards!!!! Kept being told to hold on then when they come back they forgot our order and we would have to repeat it again. Would even repeat it directly back to is wrong... Not the first time they have messed an order for is but just never bothered to make a reviewing figuring it was just a new person but come on many times can we get a new person! Really just beyond done with this Dairy Queen.
How awful is this place?
How many times did we repeat our order in the drive through? We lost count because the dude must have been high out of his mind.
How many times did we call to complain about the service? At least once.
Service was quick and good. Floors were greasy.
How many times did they get our orders wrong? Every, single time.
Great fast food and if not satisfied they see that you are. Friendly employees, great service
They probably have that concrete barrier so you can feel trapped after you realize how awful they are.
