Cars are always dirty, if you complain you might get the courtesy of them taking it across the street to vacuum it out and spray with water. I'm always handed a agreement that says full tank then you get in the car and it's half or quarter. After 4 rentals I encountered the manager who has run me off for good. The only reason I stayed this long is because I thought the others needed a flight but the young lady at thrifty said I don't need one so good bye Avis
If you charge for something small thing and nothing to explain why or what. YOUR Service is not helpfully and it was my first time to rent a car here and I was waiting for someone to come over and take over. Why she said on the phone that she's coming minutes but she jusashowed up like 30_40 minutes and I don't want to say something like this but was friendly and rushed.... She gave me the key to car and it was so empty tAnk so I rushed to gas station and I put full tank like$34 to Atlanta it was half. Until I came back I put full tank to Albany ga until it's half tank. Now I'm not understand why people who work there was not there. I saw the box for return it. Ok so ii deserved to not charge me so high because I washed car and clean up I.side. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY YOU CHARGE ME SO MUCH?
Online it states this rental agency closes at 9:45, when I called the clerk at 8:55 and asked if they had any cars available she said no because we're closing in few minutes at 9:00. Friday night. Poor customer service time need to accurately reflect correct opening and closing online.
Worse experience ever!!! We reserve a car for 7 am and we wait until 8:30 only to find out they were closed for the day. I almost lost my flight due to this incompetence. Horrible service.
Fine for a small airport. Car Is had 1/4 tank but told the desk and they noted it in log.
