They don't answer the phone been calling for over an hour
The young black woman, I am not sure of her name. She works behind your hertz counter in Albany airport, I believe once she advised me that she was a manager, but she has the most nasty attitude. I been renting cars for about three years and generally the other agents are so nice and helpful. I bring the car back clean and on time, often we pay the additional to have the car refilled when we bring the car back, so I don't understand her disrespectful for deal with loyal customers. Twice I've had to call the regional manager because this woman did not do her job to help resolve my issues. And both times after speaking with him the problem was fixed. This young woman give us nasty look, is rude, and only does extra to help if she is forced to. It really is a shame to have someone like this dealing with your customers. I am not going to spend my. Hard earn money with a company that does not want my business. And I will not do business with this woman and her nasty attitude.
The young black lady that I delt with was exclusionary nice. She went above and beyond for me. She was polite and very helpful...
