Just remember everyone, take your business else where. You get what you pay for.
Normally I just shrug it off and walk away, but I can't get past how rude and disrespectful they were.
Attention everyone #hertz has absolutely horrible customer service!! I paid for a large SUV yet ended up with a Jeep Latitude, when I asked to be credited the difference they claim the Jeep is in the same rental class. Beware everyone especially my fellow Military members. Just walk 2 counters down to National, I always book with them and they take great care of Military members. Now I know why everyone on base says not to use Hertz. Another heads up, it's not a corporate branch- they could care less regarding corporate policies!!
