This is the worst place to rent a car from hands down!!!!! I was told that I would receive my receipt by email that same day I return the car since the counter wouldn't be open upon me returning the vehicle that early Saturday morning of September 24, 2016. I have called four times the following Monday and just called again this morning three times Tuesday with the number listed on line and I now receive a message that I've reached a non-working number. How can a rental company at an airport that has at a maximum of 4 flights a day coming in or out of the town not be available for customer service? I am unable to turn in my travel claim because I am lacking this one receipt. Poor customer support. National will never get my business again and I will ensure that none of my coworkers rent from there either. p.s. I didn't want to give one star but I couldn't post this unless I rated something.
