Everyone is very nice, but they are NEVER on schedule. And every time it's a different excuse that doesn't match the last one. I guess being a loyal client means nothing.
I have been attending Dr. Annie's office since I was a little girl. I always enjoy my visits because the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait long after arriving for my appointments and each staff member treats me with care. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Annie because she makes me feel comfortable when I'm in the chair and it never fails that she doesn't put a smile on my face. She genuinely cares about the health and conditions of her patients' teeth. I can also always expect for Dr. Annie to work diligently and carefully when tending to my teeth. I can't think of a visit where I have left unsatisfied with my services. My insurance is accepted at Dr. Annie's office as well, which makes my visits and treatments affordable. I have come to love this office, the staff, and Dr. Annie.
The absolute best dentist experience I've ever had!!! I called complaining about a toothache and they were able to get me in the same day! Unfortunately I had to get a root canal (I've heard some horror stories) but the procedure did not take long and it was pain free... I didn't even have to take pain meds and I was able to go to work as soon as we finished the procedure! Needless to say I love that woman and her amazing staff!!
I loved this dentist office. The staff is friendly and Dr. Howard really explains things to you in a way you can understand. She also has the some of the best prices in Albany. I recommend her to anyone.
