Went there shortly after giving birth to my son I was knew to the city at the time and it had been a while since I had been to a dentist and I needed a lot of work done as far as deep cleanings. I had to get a tooth pulled that day and the dentist was making jokes about how beautiful I was on the outside but not so beautiful on the inside of my mouth which hurt my feelings then to make matters worse he was supposed to pull out one but he pulled out two by the time I got home my mouth was bleeding for hours I had to send my newborn with my neighbor after I had fainted trying to make it to my bed. WORSE DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY. Because of that I was even more horrified and scared of the dentist.
Dr. King, Jr. and his staff are always pleasant and so attentive to our family needs. His bedside manners are great and you can tell that he cares about his patients. My kids enjoy coming too and receive personalized professional care and a trip to the treasure chest of toys after their visits! Keep up the great work.
Very comfortable environment, pulled 2 of my teeth fast! Inserted the novacaine with little pain and pulled a wisdom tooth and one of my top teeth fast with no pain! I highly recommend!
This is the worst place I ever been to, the front staff demands I am asking for pain medication. Just because people abuse it doesn't mean some people are really in pain very rude. The king Jr is not a pleasant person by any means. Yes I smoked and got a dry socket I admit that but because he is not sure of how to fill the dry socket and it came out the following day it's my fault and insurance don't cover this procedure so he want touch it without a payment very rude. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. However the cheapest in town, that's why they say you get what you pay for. My mouth was not even all the way numb when he pulled the teeth. I have never been in this much pain and he want do a dang thing about it. Thanks Dr King you need dentist of the year award. And if u think someone would actually force this pain upon there self to seek pain medication they must be very despirate. Going to another dentist who will pack it today.
I’ve never waited this long for a teeth cleaning. No one says anything to you. You just sit and wait for hours at a time. Came in at 2:30 for a 3 o clock appointment and didn’t go back until 4:15 .... for a simple annual visit. The most I’ve ever waited was 30 minutes and they told me every 10 minutes the status of my wait..then the receptionist is rude and has his “ idc” attitude. Everyone who comes after you goes before you. If you don’t have time to spare don’t come here.
