Wondeful, Wonderful staff and dentistry!! I hated the thought of even haven to go to the dentist but, after Dr. Arrington I feel better. If your scared of the dentist try Dr. Arrington your fear will go away!!!
Very unprofessional business would not recommend to anyone. Poor dental care provided and when I took my business elsewhere I was told after waiting two weeks for dental records to be transferred I would have to either pick them up and self deliver or pay a $25.00 fee to have them mailed. Not a happy patient, to say the least.
I had a tooth filled last year and after the filling was still having a lot of pain. (same day of getting the filling) They didn't give me any pain meds which I had never needed after a filling before, so I called to get an appt to see what the problem was. They scheduled to see me the next day and when I woke up that morning the pain was gone, so I called in and cancelled my appointment. Fast Forward to now (8 months later) I am having pain in another tooth, so I call and try to get an appointment on Thursday. The lady got snooty with me and asked me if this was the same tooth I had cancelled my appointment for back in June, I was confused and didn't remember calling about this tooth but said "maybe, I can't remember", they said they didn't have anything until Monday. I said I was in a lot of pain and asked if they could do anything sooner and she said no, so I scheduled that appointment. I get there today (Monday) and she says my appointment isn't until Monday Feb 22nd (a month from now). I know with out a doubt in my mind she purposefully mislead me to believe my appointment was today. She never said a date only said the first thing she had was Monday at 10am.
This has been my Dentist since the age of 6 (or less) and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is down to earth and caring. They treat patients like loved ones and are very sympathetic as well as, empathetic. The care given is never dissatisfying. Everyone I have came in contact with know exactly what they are doing and treat their profession with respect/knowledge.
