Bad service
The absolutely worst dental practice on planet earth. The woman who works the front desk is a sociopath, devoid of any sympathy and professionalism. She also she believes she knows more than the dentist she works for. The dental hygienist have a severe attitude problem and are not willing to have an informative discussion about your possible procedures. The office staff tries to spread out procedures that can be done in one day so they can bill you for multiple office visits. The dentist wasn't around to see any of this because apathy rules this practice. In my humble opinion, it would be better to seek treatment from your toolbox than going to Glover Dental.
If I could rate this less than one star I certainly would. I drove over an hour there to have my teeth cleaned & X-rays which should have been covered by my insurance (verified w office & insurance 2 weeks ago) and they tell me that they didn't schedule an appointment for a cleaning only for an exam. And also because since it has been more than a year since my last cleaning they couldn't do my cleaning because I required a deep cleaning. The entire office staff had an attitude and did not want to help me get things figured out & didn't care if I was a patient there or not. They also refused to give me the 20 page packet of information I filled out back or the copy of my ID they made. THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE ON THE PLANET!!!!
Hoorribble!!!! The receptionist in the lobby was unfriendly. She had a bad attitude ,very unprofessional. She actually was dealing with personal matters in the lobby instead of handling patients. I waited a hr for my appointment, they dental assistance did not know anything so instead of telling me the dentist will be with me he was on his phone I had to ask what was going on . The Dentist did not introduce himself ask me any questions how I was doing just nothing just came in and started talking to the dental assistance about some else business! Does Not deserve 1 star Worst I have ever been to!!!!!!!!
They put porcelain crown in and it came out a week later went back and they glued it back in and charged me $50 copay. Needless to say 3 days later it fell out again.
p.s. I would rate no stars if it were only possible.
