The most irresponsible, unprofessional place I've ever done business... First they sold the ring that I had on layaway and when I went to get it I was informed that it was sold and that the style of ring I had they no longer made... So I had to have one made to match what I had...up to that point I have had 4months invested... Then they sent off to have my ring made only to tell me two weeks later that they have to have my engagement ring that is already paid for so they can do an exact match... So I sent it off and it's now been over a month and I still haven't seen either of my rings...not to mention I ordered a male wedding band and they didn't have my size so I paid for it up front and it was supposed to have it in two weeks..but it too has been over a month... Everytime I call about my rings I get the run around and excuses why it's taking longer... I have over $6000 in merchandise in Kays possession that I have yet to see any of it...just excuses and lies... Not to mention they have given my personal information out to other customers who are strangers to me...i highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH!!!!....A BIG RIP-OFF AND WASTE OF TIME!!!!!....

Terrible customer service. Terrible, rude, disrespectful manager. We have spent over 20K in that store but we will never do business with them again. Don't waste your time going there, it will take forever to get your items back, if you even get them back!!

First of all this store does not deserve the four star rating I am giving it. However, the highly professional sales person by the name of Brandon deserves an immaculate 5+ star rating, a promotion, and the opportunity to train the other sales people and management in this store. As a previous customer and highly Trusted Sales Professional myself, it is utterly ludicrous for a customer to have to beg for service and/or a sales person to sell you their product. After waiting around for assistance while the manager and other sales staff are eating, drinking soda, and cutting up behind the counter as I'm the only customer in the store and without recieving any assistance, I decided to take my business elsewhere. My incredibly talented sales person Brandon was not working this night. Before I left the store I asked who I thought to be a novice sales person (later finding out this man by the name of Ricky is the General Manger) who is working at this store and if I could get assistance. Ricky (GM) responded rudely without eye contact "hang on a minute" and turns his back to me. Next I made aware to Ricky that I have been in and out of this store 3 times tonight looking for assistance and have yet to be greeted with the more simple form of a greeting. He proceeds to murmur the response "oh, I didn't know if you were looking around or what." At this point I a fed up and ready to leave and politely allow Ricky to know that I will continue to look around at other store to see if I can get any customer service and he chuckles and says "good luck with that". All of this is being done in front of his two sales people working that evening. This situation is particularly disturbing for the sole reason that a General Manager's position is to effectively and efficently manage and train staff to better serve the consumer and he is doing the exact opposite. Now back to Brandon, the one and only reason I stumbled back into this particular location to make the purchase I eventually made from Brandon is because of a phone call to the manager of a different location who was willing to help me rectify this issue. I was under the impresssion that the Manager from the other location was located at the Albany location where I intended to purchase. Upon arriving, I realized I had mistakenly called the wrong location and that Ricky was actually in charge here. If it had not been for Brandon and his proper and smile lit greeting as soon as I walked in I would have turned away immediately. Brandon went out of his way to drop what he was doing, solve my problem, get the exact item I wanted at a better price than was advertised in their sale paper, and did it all with the most professional and friendly attitude out there. All of this Brandon did on a day he was not supposed to be working. Thank you Brandon for your OUTSTANDING Customer service and commitment to serving your clients. Everyone I know will be referred to no one other than Brandon. He is an absolute hero for me and my girlfriend's Christmas!!

I might have thanked her a good 10 times already but i had to post it as well . Kay need to give her a bonus #PromiseU , i love that woman and never meet her lol
