I received great service. The food was delicious. Not many healthy choices.
I have eaten quite often at Popeyes and it was one of my favorite places. The last 3 times I have gone were disappointing, but the "fresh" burnt chicken last night took the cake. I waited in line an hour and got parked cause there was a ten minute wait. I should have known something was up cause the bag was tiwd. Got home to feed my family and the chicken was burnt! That was a horrible thing to do. This was to feed my family, but rather than be honest we got chicken that wasn't edible, and it was too late and rainy to come back out. I won't say ever again, but it will be a LONG time before I go back. My money only spends once and my time is important to me.
Food was good but didnt like seeing the employees bickering on the front line in front of the customers.
Food was hot & good but the wait staff could have been more friendly.
Had to wait until chicken was cooked which took twelve minutes. THEN (and I'm not making this up) we overheard one of the employees ask another employee if she was "on the rag". Several times.
