I'm very please with service department. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of meeting has been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their job. Randy, is a gem. He's very detail and takes the time to explain service done, and or needed. I've been a customer since 2015. I've not had a negative occurrence to date. However, my "only" negative would be that the smoking area is located outside next to he service departmennt entrance door. I'm a none smoker, and prefer to avoid the smoke and smell.
This was truly a very exhausting experience with them. They DO NOT have cars with in everybody budget. The sales men have nothing to work with as far as cars. If trying to find a comfortable car or one that is suitable for family, I would suggest a dealer ship with a more reputable name. Such as Honda or Prince of Albany. I believe communication here was a factor. Probably won't return or reffer anyone here.

Where do I even begin. Let's just say that my husband and I was screwed over from the beginning. I will never deal with this dealership again. We have been lied to and shoved into a contract that he nor I want. I am not ok with forging anything even if it is my husband's name. I wish I could find an attorney to take this case because he would have a field day with it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my Outlander. If I could let it go without it hurting our credit I would. I wish I could just get someone to buy it from me. Please pay attention to your contracts and what you're signing.
