Visited the dealership due to my engine oil change light kept coming up on the car. Went in, advised the rep of my issue and he (lil) Robert walked right out explained the problem to me and my mom and fixed it right on the spot. He actually took the time to walk us through the procedure, should it happens again. Par excellent service and the rep was very nice and pleasant.
During my visit to Sunbelt Ford/Lincoln in Albany, Ga I was treated kindly and was assisted immediately. The employees were very courteous. I was here visiting my father in Albany Ga coming from Brunswick ga and decided to get my oil changed and they did a wonderful job.

My husband bought a used Chevy Silverado there in July well after a month to the day the truck messed up on us while driving the steering wheel would jerk out of his hand and then the truck just shut down with no power even after trying to jump it off. Had to have it towed to the dealership after hours and the next day they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and basically called my husband a liar. After telling them that in fact there was something wrong the service manager yelled to the salesperson that “I’m not looking at it unless there is a light or a code saying something is wrong” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE while we were standing there. Well here we are four months after the purchase the truck is still having issues and is in the shop for the 3rd time. $30k for this truck and we can’t even drive it down the street because it will shut down. Sunbelt won’t even make this right after multiple complaints. We now know to NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FOR SUNBELT AGAIN! ��
