I bought a vehicle Friday and the following Monday I was stuck at work because it wouldn't crank. I called the lot to see if they could check the vehicle and the salesman was extremely rude and stated they had 300 customers and could not ride around checking on every hiccup. While I understand that, I've literally only had the car three days. He was very rude. I've bought every car I've ever owned used but this is the first dealer that had zero concern for the customer. I've heard of shady car dealers but I did not think this was one.
Just purchased my car. Have yet to return for my first payment, but when I do and let them know about the kinks I've seen in the past week, hopefully there's an easy fix and the warranty covers it. Other than that, I am so proud of and happy with "Maxine", the '02Maxima I chose. She's my very first car that I've ever purchased on my own. The staff were nice and approachable and we're straight forward with me about details on the cars. I went to a few car lots and I can't say I'm anything but positive about my decision to shop at Lawson Auto.
They are very rude people's to deal with .they don't care about the customers they just won't your dam money

They are not like they act in those lame a$$ commercials. They don't really act as if they wanna sell you a car ( uninterested salespeople). Dwn payments are ok for some vehicles, but his cars are for people who just can't get a car anywhere else. I would only buy a work truck from there. Because that's what all his trucks look like!
