My salesperson Corey Dudley was great. He was attentive to my needs and did not make me feel pressured. If there be anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I personally recommend Mr. Dudley. He's truly a professional. You can't and will not go wrong !!!!!
customer service had attitude in explaining details to you, all the car needed was an oil change. they changed CLEAN air filters that were far from needing to be changed then of course you have to pay $50 (after saying NO..) for a $4 air filter. I've had better experiences at previous Toyota dealerships that set the expectation bar high, this one not impressed.
I made the best decision thanks to Erica she was courteous showed great customer service. Made a phone called told her what I wanted and she made the deal happen, she even went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got everything that we needed. Thanks so much Erica I love my KIA
