I received a recall notice and scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle checked and repaired , if needed. The repair would take about 2 hours and I scheduled the first appointment of the day. 5 1/2 hours after the scheduled time I was finally told the car was ready for pickup. The reason given for it taking 3 1/2 hours longer than expected was that they didn't know how many people were ahead of me (even though I had the first appointment of the day). Failure to keep appointments lowers my confidence in the reliability of the service department.
If you want someone genuine, honest, and quite frankly, who gives a dang about his customers, go see Scott at AutoNation. You will NOT regret it.
I purchased my jeep over the phone last week 10/19/17 I had a great experience. I had the typical negotiations but nothing out of the ordinary. Kristie and Shaquria worked hard to get the deal I wanted and needed. They actually had my jeep delivered to my home 4 hours away. The entire process was the easiest I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend them.
WORST EVER. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. It will be worth your time to go anywhere else than AutoNation in Albany GA to have your vehicle serviced. We took our truck in for what was supposed to be a 4-5 day repair and it took them 3 weeks. Left a message for the General Manager who obviously couldn't be bothered because he's never called back. We finally got to pick it up only to discover that our tool box had been stolen out of the back seat. The new Service (there's no service here) Manager's attitude was..sorry. We filed a police report and found out that they've been having a "problem" with this for a while now. Like we said avoid this place at all costs!!!
I visited the Dodge place to have my journey serviced. The service dept kept me informed on the status of my suv while offering me coffee and popcorn. Many of the staff made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable. I give them the highest score possible.
When I first went to AutoNation to look at Jeep Wranglers, I was approached by Scott, who I now refer to as "Big Scott." Scott asked me what I was looking for, and I told him that I was interested in a Wrangler but that I wasn't quite ready to move past the looking stage yet.
Scott absolutely respected that. My two young sons, who are 2 and 4, were enamoured with the balloons at the dealership, so Scott inflated balloons for them. I immediately began drooling over the Challenger Hellcat, so Scott took time to show me that beauty, knowing it was not even on the spectrum of vehicles I could buy.
Finally, I decided to open up my options. Scott took the time to show me several models and packages of Jeeps, and worked with me to buy a beautiful 2017 Jeep Renegade.
Long story short, he took my contact information down and faithfully kept in contact with me for five months. Now, that sounds like he was pressuring me, but nothing could be further from the facts. He called to check on me, check on my family, ask how things were going in my personal life, even when he knew I wasn't where I needed to be.
