Every visit I walk in feeling like I am home. The staff does a great job always calling you by name; even before you sign in, remembering key details about your family life and always asking to make sure you are comfortable. I've never been to a dentist before that made me feel so comfortable. Leanne and Toby both do excellent jobs with cleanings and have you in and out quickly! Sandra is by far one of the best assets! I met her my second visit and she kept her hand on my shoulder for comfort and never made me feel ashamed about my fears. I will always remember my first phone call. I explained my concerns with Margaret and she said the magical phrase - we all have to start somewhere and we are ready to help you. For someone with major dental fears she put me right at ease.

Best dental experiences in my life have been at Longleaf and I've been to many over the years. Have lived all over the country and have spent tons of money on my teeth. They really take the time to make sure every phase of the appointment is pleasant. And, you don't have to wait an hour after your appointment time to finally get to your scheduled time. Highly recommend them.
From the time I walk in the door until I walk out the door the experience is wonderful. EVERY employee, from the office staff to the hygienist to the dental assistant, is awesome and Always friendly. The Dentists are amazing. I see Dr. Singleton and he is just great, Love him. I wish I had found this office sooner.
If you are looking for a Dentist look no further. From the time I walked in to out was wonderful. Cindy and Margaret was so nice to me. This was my first visit, but they made it feel like I had been coming forever. Chelsea was the best Dental Assistant, and had me laughing the whole time. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Martin. Dr. Martin was so GREAT. He has a calming that makes everything better. At the end Mrs. Sharon gave me so much good information. In my opinion, this is one of Albany's gems.
